Marsannay Blanc « En Larrey »

Aromatically, these white wines run the gamut of citrus fruits with white flowers (hawthorn, acacia). The palate, often ample and round, opens up to beautiful mineral lines, with impressive length. Delicious in their youth, these wines will reveal the full uniqueness of their terroir if aged.

Producer advice
To be accompanied by white meats: poultry (chicken in a cream sauce à la Gaston Gérard), veal, pork (filet mignon in mustard sauce…). Try pairing it with risotto, or eastern Asian cuisine, sushi for example, which will bring out the fragrance of the chiseled aromas of Chardonnay.
